28th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited

Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited approved 20% Cash dividend for its Shareholders for the year 2023. The dividend were approved in its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by using Digital Platform, Dhaka on 25th June, 2024 Tuesday. The meeting approved the company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023. Mr. Mostafa Kamal Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. Among the other members of the Board of Directors' Mrs. Beauty Akter, Barrister Hasan Rajib Prodhan, Mr. Md. Alamgir Hossain Khan FCMA, Mr. Monjur Md.
